Sea Bass for Dinner

We went to our near-by Sunday market on Blvd. Auguste Blanqui this morning, and these two wonderful fish were Marylee's selection for dinner.  Here they are ready to go into our oven for half an hour, stuffed with sprigs of thyme (one is visible at the lower left). A superb meal, following a first course of carrot salad.

Our friends Marilyn and Oz from Kendal in the Lake District are staying with us; Marylee has known them from her time at Oxford in the late 1960s.
