Sunflower Series # 6

I pop home around lunch time each day to check on Jasper.  When I first got her she was in her crate during the day so I needed to let her out for a nature call and a play.  She is in a fenced off area in the yard now, but she still needs a bit of company and extra freedom when I can manage it through the working day.

Anyway, today I ducked home at about 2 o'clock and spotted this monarch butterfly on the sunflowers.  Of course I had to photograph it immediately in case it flew off.  Jasper did NOT like being kept waiting!! But there was no way I was letting this photo slip away.
