I don't like the heat.

The heat has turned my lovely little boy into something of a nightmare.

He has had about half an hours sleep all day.

The rest has been a perpetual whine and cry.

It's a shame for him and me!

Was at the Drs this morning about DS1. There was some mix up with the receptionists and I ended up seeing a locum who frankly was darn rude, patronising and unhelpful.

I demanded a referral to ENT. It was a battle of wills with her asking me to listen and me stating my demands quite clearly. I am checking it has been made tomorrow.

Why is it a battle to access the services that I have paid for? Surely if he is poorly enough to need blood tests(which came back clear) it is enough to see a specialist. Other people could never have been as assertive as I was. I was quite shocked at myself.

Like I told her, I don't care if they say there is nothing they can do, nothing to worry about etc....I want it investigated. I refuse to watch and wait anymore.

Utter balderdash the lot of it. Anyway the experience quite upset my whole day really.
