Morning sunshine

Coming over the "Rest & Be Thankful" this morning on my way to Edinburgh the sun was reflecting off the fresh snow on the mountains above the pass.

But in case you think this looks too tranquil, my Land Rover was almost blown off the road when I stopped in a layby to take the picture.

It was a wild and windy day.
