Perplexed

If you don’t tell me how to get in there, I’ll . . .

We put this domed feeder into the front garden last summer when we were trying to give the nesting Blackbirds a chance at food, without being in competition with the bigger birds. Now every morning this pigeon circles and circles it and just cannot figure out how to get to the food. No one has the heart to tell him that he’s just too big. He does have one consolation though – his archenemies the Jackdaws can’t get in either!
