Flapjack day

I know pancakes are more traditional for shrove Tuesday, but I felt like flapjacks, so that's what we got!

I have lots of ingredients out in the background as I attempted to cook a Jamie Oliver 15 minute recipe in under an hour tonight... I managed it in 1hour 10!
