Anticipation

That's how I feel when I look at this.  This is a "Just Add Ice" orchid that I bought a few years ago.  It was blooming when I bought it, and it bloomed once after that.  Now it has been dormant for a long long time.  I've lost some leaves, and grown a few more.  Then about two weeks ago I noticed something starting to stick up, and now it looks like there will be three stems, and hopefully the stems will produce flowers.  I never tried to grow orchids, always figuring they required too much care.  This kind was advertised as only needing three ice cubes once a week.  Hopefully I can blip the flowers in the near future.

I had an uneventful work day, then home to animals waiting to be fed.
