Birthday silliness

Daughter number one celebrated her birthday today. We had breakfast at The Alex, in Felixstowe, very nice. The plan was then to walk along the front to walk off the breakfast before finding somewhere for a cuppa and cake a little later. Instead I took cake, candles, hot chocolate mix, a flask of hot water, cups, squirty cream and we had a birthday picnic on the seafront. Sadly daughter number two didn't feel too well and coupled with a biting wind it didn't feel like a long walk would be a good plan. Hot choc and cake was great though. Happy birthday Bex.
