Who Owns Me?

Three times we have put a paper collar on him and sent him back with our phone number on and still nobody has rung us.
 
All that happens is that doesn’t visit for a few days – are they keeping him in? - then he returns hungrier than ever. Last night he consumed a whole tine of cat food and a handful of cat biscuits.
 
Cat Rescue suggest we leaflet all the locals but this seems a bit drastic. Surely somebody must recognize him in the neighbourhood?
