Happy St David's Day

We don't have any daffodils out in our garden yet so I asked the local florist if he would mind my photographing his display. As you can see, he gave his permission.

Apart from a break at lunchtime for a run, I am spending today writing. Meanwhile Mr hazelh plays his guitar.

Exercise today: usual weekend long loop down to Leith and back. My knee started to suffer 25 minutes into the run and this contributed to the poor time of 50'54": the last time I did this route it was in 49'35". However, I did complete the course. (The knee has been added to the list for the doctor tomorrow.)
