What a difference....

............a day makes! 

Not a day for close-up work, too windy, but sunny and fresh for a stroll. This is the part of the gardens where I took the shot of the first bee of the year a couple of days ago.

It's difficult to get a good view of the layout of the crocuses, as you can't get above them. They have been set out in the formation of geese flying.

The derelict building behind is some of what remains of Trentham Hall.
