Bicycles on a Paris Wall

I frequently pass these four bicycles a couple of blocks east of our apartment in Paris 13e (on the way to the Boulevard d'Italie). Despite the  automat on the right, parking these vehicles is free :)  A good thing, especially for the bike on the left, which clearly hasn't been anywhere for a while.I'm sure I blipped the green bicycle alone a couple of years ago, but I can't find it. Edit: Here it is! Looking cyan, from last year.
