Went for a run...

...resurrected the superman pants for my run on the common with the girls. Awesome stuff, poured with rain, we had a blast. I have fat to shift.

Day started beautifully, woke at 7 for a walk with the girls then after a few hours work, headed to meet Rob and Q for coffee and cake. Back home to collect the girls, into the office for a couple of hours except Pippa wouldn't settle so it was more like one hour with a lot of puppy persuasion!

Off to the common for our run, loved it.

Home, shower, venison steaks with greens, glass of wine and an early bedtime. Back in the gym tomorrow, my body is in desperate need of some exercise.x
