Looks oh so prim and proper!

Paul has hurt his shoulder so he had a terrible few days and hasn't been sleeping. I took him to A&E this morning and got the usual treatment...as the X-Rays say nothing is broken, he has to take paracetamol and ibuprofen and wait up to three months for nerve damage to heal. It's utter crap and makes me cross, they didn't even examine him. And for someone who never feels pain, judging by his face this must be excruciating. Anyway, we can't do anything at the moment but if it isn't better soon then we need another opinion.

I had a good run this morning and gave out fliers on Lincoln High Street. A race around Waitrose, home for lunch, wrote to the kids at Uni and now it's time for a dog walk. Lottie is being patient...very patient. Pippa isn't, she is currently in the garden trying to persuade Paul to play with her!
