Tulips

Continuing with the flower theme as, again, I have not been out today.
Friends for lunch so lots of cooking, talking, eating and drinking.  These are the flowers brought by friends.
Had a bit of a drama late last night as suddenly, the lights, the television and internet went off.  When we tried to re-set there was an enormous bang so it is clear there is a problem somewhere.
Luckily we have this 24 hour emergency home insurance through our bank so someone came out today to help sort us out.  He said he thought a mouse had eaten through the wiring. He did something and left just before our guests arrived.  However, a different group of lights are now not working but I am just relieved that the wifi is still up and running.  There is certainly something in managing expectations.
