Tired and Transfixed

For the last three nights William has woken up screaming about an hour to an hour and a half after he has gone to sleep. It can last for anything from thirty minutes to two hours. It isn't a night terror as such because he makes eye contact and does communicate (sometimes), however when he finishes he just curls up on my knee and goes to sleep. It is exhausting for us and for him. Carys luckily sleeps through it.

Consequently he is on his last legs today and I am almost expecting a proper night terror tonight, as he is so tired. This was taken about 4pm today, when we got back to the house after leaving at 09.30 this morning. We haven't been anywhere exciting, the gym, my breastfeeding supporters course,Tesco and Asda then home. He was having 20mins of Cbeebies prior to tea. I think he looks like he is so tired he has to hold his head up. Fingers crossed for a better evening tonight.
