Year 6 School Journey - Day 2

Back on corridor duty. Today we climbed, abseiled and built and paddled on a raft. It's great seeing how the children react to the different challenges. I witnessed some fantastic team work on the climbing wall, with a couple of very articulate lads guiding the others up step by step. It was thanks to their expert direction that I made it fairly swiftly to the top!
This lucky ladybird is for the lad who insisted he had all the bad luck on our night hike. Potholes, nettles, flies, spider bites, he suffered (apparently) every step of the way. I had to laugh, especially when we got back and he jumped into the shower- yep, stone cold (apparently)!
