Temple of Apollo, Didyma

Back blip.
We have just returned from a week touring some of the historic places on the west coast of Turkey which was tiring but amazing.
We visited lots of famous sights and temples. This is the Temple of Apollo in Didyma which was built in the 7th century BC to honour the god of prophecy and oracles. When it was built it had 108 Ionic columns of which only three survive.
