Upside Down

C and I had an errand in Fairhaven this afternoon and went looking for a blip afterwards. She was attracted by the bird activity in the lagoon, and I was drawn toward this fiberglass boat mold.

As I was walking back to meet C, I ran into a friend who is the Executive Director of the Community Boating Center. After we'd been chatting for a while about boaty things, the frigid north wind was making my eyes water. The bright sunshine and blue skies hadn't fooled me today, though -- I was wearing my warm parka.
