King’s Park, Perth

A short excursion with Mollymay and Glyn to King’s Park.  We drive down the aptly named ‘Sunset Coast’ highway gawping at the Indian Ocean on one side and the multi-million dollar, glass-fronted mansions on the other.  I daresay we’ll comeback at sunset sometime before we leave.

King’s Park overlooks the city of Perth and is, apparently, one of the largest inner city parks in the world - bigger than Central Park.

Then a snooze; we’re still feeling the effects of jet-lag.

We have supper in M&G’s garden watching the sun dipping down in the bay.  Not a bad start.
