Flat White vs Latte

Generally if sitting in a cafe I like a Flat White, on the move I have a latte. Costa ran out of large cups this morning, so I decided to buy one of each. The barista told me a flat white uses 3 measures, and just the middle cut. Taking alternative swigs from each, I much prefer the flat white.

The 5 hits of coffee prepared me for a long cr*p day at work, which almost resulted me in resigning (but not quite). Had to stay late so missed out on the gym session, I could have done with some boxing.
