Bought another pair of Nike's today and this pair will see me through the next couple of hundred miles and onto Marathon day late April. This now makes 5 pairs that 2,500 miles are spread across.

The good news was with my new pair today I smashed my 5 mile PB by over 80 seconds with 33 minutes flat. Yippeeeeee
