A la Pasta

When the wife is away for a couple of days I have to dig in and cook for myself. It's a tough ask but I dusted myself down, brought out the award winning Hot Gloves and got the pans on the stove.

This evening's menu was pasta, tomato & basil sauce, 8 meatballs garnished with coleslaw with a sprinkling of ground black pepper. I gave myself 9/10 (it probably was a 10 all told but I refuse to award anyone that ultimate score as they have no way to improve thereafter).

For afters I had a mint that I found in my suit jacket.
