Remembering Dad

(It's taken me until 3 March to post this entry, really missing my Dad, who left us so suddenly four weeks ago today.)

Back home after Dad's funeral on Saturday.  The flowers are from the wreath which surrounded his fire helmet.  The white rose of Yorkshire, and the fire engine red carnations.  

We gave everyone in the immediate family one of these Valentine's Day posies, with love from Dad/Grandad.  He would have liked that.  

I took the photo we used on the Order of Service,  it was a favourite of his.
