NOT better late than never!!

Headed into Bath Tuesday afternoon to attend one of the Bath Literature Festival's talks. When I arrived I couldn't understand why the building was locked up, until I looked at my ticket and saw that the date of the talk was Monday! I'm just not thinking straight at the moment, too much on my mind...

But at least it gave me a blip for the day, of Bath bathing in the late afternoon sunlight. Don't be fooled by that sunshine though, it was perishing!


Thank you for all your kind comments and concern expressed in Monday's blip (posted this morning). My friend saw a specialist last week re an on-going health problem, and the news wasn't good. He has to undergo tests this week to confirm the diagnosis. I am the only person he has told and he doesn't want anyone else to know (including his family) and I am really struggling with this. My way of coping with problems is to talk things through with others, but I can't do that. I don't want to make this about me, he's the one having to deal with the illness, but I'm worrying myself sick on his behalf. The other bombshell is of a more personal nature, and I just have to cope with that. Life, eh?!!
