The Golden Pipeline

This morning, we set off in the ute for Kalgoorlie where the goldfields are, approximately 350 km east from Muntadgin.

The golden pipeline shown here feeds water through to the goldfields in Kalgoorlie all the way from Mundaring near Perth.

We followed the pipeline along the Great Eastern Highway the whole way to Kalgoorlie. The pipeline is approximately 500 km long from beginning to end.
