This indicates what I listen to when I get my beauty sleep or until I fall asleep. But this is not the radio station that wakes me up. That's something else. With the sometimes (?!) overly chirpy Mr Evans.

Also what time I wake up. I try not to be awake before the alarm goes off.

Tonight I feel a good nights sleep will do me a world of good. Not necessarily with a lie-in, as that is sometimes counter-productive, but perhaps not 6.29 either.

Has not today been an amazing day with masses of blue sky and sunshine?!
