Busy Sky

I looked out of the kitchen window this evening and saw this very busy sky. I just loved the colours.

Spent the morning in the gym then went to the pool to help my friend Michael with his swimming. Today he did his mile. Not bad as he couldn't do half a length at Christmas. He's really pleased and I'm delighted at his progress. We still have a lot of work to do but I'm confident he will be ready to tackle his triathlon in July.
