Going to London

Today I went to London to meet up with jinglyjan and to see the Rubens show at the Royal Academy.  It was an amazingly good exhibition, beautifully curated I thought and included work by so many other painters who were (and still are) influenced by the man.  Whether or not you like his expansive models, his brushwork was just brilliant!  After which we had a very long lunch in an eaterie a couple of doors down - it was a great day.

Today's blip was taken on Winchester station waiting for the train to go up.
