" I FEEL PRETTY "

This morning, for the first time the sun was shining into the conservatory and illuminating this orchid.  I love the bright colours and markings on this one, crying out for attention.

Today we sold the house, subject to contract of course.  We had been in negotiations over the last two days, as some of you may recall and I wasn't pleased with the responses.  But today, a new buyer appeared with no qualms as to the price and immediately offered the full amount.
This is the couple who viewed it a couple of Saturday's ago, coming from Cambridge.  It's not a long chain of people so we hope all will go well.

It's about now I look around at this fairly large house at all the "stuff"  and think - "Oh my goodness, we need a sort out".  Sometimes it's good to move to help de-clutter!!

The sun has shone all day and it has been wonderful.  Went to a Lent lunch which was fantastic.  Stogumber does wonders with food and today was no exception.  There were at least 6 different soups to choose from, followed by cheese, biscuits and fruit.

Finished cutting the glass for my latest project ( a large Tiffany lamp shade) now have to grind all the pieces (only 48 pieces).

Mr A gave the lawn it's first cut of the season today.  Wow - it really did feel like Spring.  Hope your day has been good and wishing you all a wonderful weekend.  Sending hugs. xxxxx
