Stay at home Saturday

Oh my goodness, it is chucking it down now!  The rain is pouring down the windows, and the wind has been howling for hours.  I have virtually never ventured out of the house except to put something in the bin, and take the dog for the briefest of walks.  Even he doesn't want to go out!

G went into town earlier, and brought me back my Guardian.  I had the longest, laziest bath, with a cup of coffee and my book to keep me company. 

Now I am drying off after the walk, G is on the phone to his Mum, Rocky is chomping on a chew stick for being a good boy, and I am just about to put my feet up on the sofa, and work my way through the paper.

Does it get any better than this on a dark, dreich day?
