A promise of things to come!

Spent the morning helping out at a coffee morning to raise funds for the Open Gardens day in the village in July. These will be beautiful vibrant poppy blooms by the time the event occurs, but are not in my garden unfortunately.

It is too hot to work in the garden this afternoon, so will get on with necessary stuff indoors and listen to the Bee Gees turned up loud (so many memories)!!

Plan to plant up the hanging baskets this evening when it is cooler and with a bit of luck catch up on a few more days of back blipping from our recent holiday. Will need to get a move on as I'm nearing the big 365 and have 6 days to back blip!!
