Took this for melody as she always asks about work - and I told her once that I look at her picture and think of her.. Now everyday she asks if I was looking at her pic :)

Chatted to my team - everything been going so well - but feedback not great on my manager whose returned from mat leave - can't go down the unhappy team route again :(
