I needed a longer cable for our new house telephone. In the United States, I would have found a pre-packaged, pre-sized cable at the local hardware store, but in Mexico you have the local guy make one to the exact length you need. Wire off the rack to the left, connectors from bins on the right, and in less than five minutes you are the proud owner of a new four meter telephone cable for the price of 40 pesos (less than $3usd). Have to love a country where everything is custom made and packaging waste is significantly reduced.
