Nacho Fixin's

We have been eating out a great deal lately with many friends in town. Tonight we decided that we would eat in, determining we had all the necessary ingredients for nachos (shown here). We switched it up, however, by making french fry nachos. They are a delicious treat I first tasted at Holé Molé in Long Beach. Theirs are better but our version was pretty darned good. We even discussed ways to make them better the next time, because there will most certainly be a next time!
