Peppers for Supper

These rather fine red peppers were in our latest veg box from those enterprising Ten Mile Menu people. Think I'll roast them in the oven and then turn them into a red pepper sauce - should go nicely with some of that Cumberland sausage I brought home yesterday from Ulverston.
