Radio telescope

The day started well enough, crisp and sunny, but rapidly assumed the shape of a grey Monday and all the trappings.  Stopping off on the way in, the radio telescopes were almost a portent of things to come. 

Successfully replacing the power switch for my phone I rapidly came to the conclusion I had previously rendered the GPS receiver somewhat suboptimal in performance when removing the old switch.  Amateur.

Deep breath, move on, shiny new phone ordered ...

Still, good news at work - that started working at least!
