Just had a brilliant day!

Bacon sandwich for breakfast,

6.5 mile run in the warm morning sun

Reading in the garden.

Cycled to a sea front pub with my girlfriend.

Rossi ice cream.

Crazy golf.

Crayfish tails.

And the Southend airshow.

All that's left now is to avoid Eurovision and lose the smell of crayfishy fingers....
