Is this my best side?

We had a trip to Pairi Daizi near Mons today which was FAB. I think it's now our favourite place in Belgium. Seriously, it was fab. Of course it helped that we got free entry for the whole family due to a voucher that a friend of ours didn't need. I tell ya, it's an expensive business doing day trips with kids.

We 'visited' several continents looking at the different animals and we were impressed with the attention to detail and how well designed everything was. D was a bit of a pain though and absolutely refused to sit in his pushchair and wanted to walk everywhere and get into as much trouble as possible, so taking photos was quite a challenge!

The thing that really made it for me today though were the toilets. Yes, you read that correctly! Usually at these places the toilets are grim and there are queues and they're not really nice places when you've got young children who like to touch everything. However the toilets were great and clean and copius with no queues. They were a bit like the toilets you find in five star hotels!

We're thinking of buying a season ticket now as we enjoyed it so much. You see - it's amazing what good toilet facilities can do!
