Nithsdale Lodge, Pollokshields, Glasgow

Out for a long walk around The Shields.  A better day weather-wise, although a moody sky around lunchtime.

A former United Free church, designed by W.G. Rowan 1875-79, on the junction of Shields and Nithsdale Roads.  It is now a care home.

"Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations" - spotted these words on a poster.  Hoping to find myself in such a destination eventually. Not an easy time right now.
