Marbling

An enjoyable couple of hours, learning about and having a go at Marbling.

The paints are splattered onto pure water with spoonfuls of carrageen added. We used various tools to make the patterns. I used a kind of rake to produce this effect. The additional shot was created with a single stick moving up and down and then across.

We had Guy Edwardes speaking at the Camera Club tonight. One of the best presentations I have heard and seen. Do check his website for some amazing images.
