Eating In
As the our new 'Eating In' campaign acquires some initial traction, certainly at lunch time, there remains the distractions of the things that presents themselves under your nose when having an early evening beer while reading the newspaper. The best way of consumption must surely be to blip the various yummies before heading home to put on the pasta. Today's offering is the Catalan dish of Escalivada - aubergines, red peppers and onions marinaded in olive oil. This plate is not the most attractive I've seen but it was there!
