Had a wonderful day perusing the San Polo area of Venice, including a simply fabulous lunch here at the Osteria Enoteca ai Artisti, which came highly recommended by a friend.

Refined food, tastebud-stimulating wine, and waiters/waitresses who fawned over our little cutie, as per usual.

Hard to beat the Italians when it comes to their love of babies...even had a lady walking quickly down the street toward us, apparently lost in thought, who startled awake when she saw him and had to stop to smile and murmur to herself "che carisimo bambino" before moving onward.

Made me smile...
