The Medway

I went down to our campus at Rochester today for a meeting. A long drive (2 hrs there and 1 1/2 back) but an interesting meeting. And a lovely view out of the canteen there - you feel like you're on top of the world!

2nd run tonight - bit easier and a quicker recovery time. I'm surprised that there was an improvement after only the 2nd time - imagine what I'll be like in a few weeks (if my knees hold up!)
