Tulip in a breeze

I love the way that dying tulips often look as though they've been out in the wind for too long. 

Trying to decide whether to apply for a promotion at work. It's a good opportunity and something else probably won't come along for a while - I'm just not sure if it's the right direction for me to take. I've got a couple of weeks before the deadline so time to think, but I've known that it was going to be advertised for quite a while so I'm getting a bit exhausted with it going round my head all the time. Not sure how I'm going to make the decision, but I'm lucky to have the option.
