Life Is Full Of Pictures

Dragonfly

A dragonfly is a double winged insect that eats mosquitoes and other small insects like flies, bees, ants, and wasps. I spotted this one when I noticed a little boy at our campground standing along the edge of the road and pointing to something in the brush. He was quite excited and talking to his sister who, after taking one look, immediately became disinterested and walked away.

The campground where we are staying is very nice and we are quite impressed. Our site is level cement including a patio with full hookups, cable TV, and a lot of Live Oak trees to provide shade. If you've ever gone camping in a travel trailer or RV, then you know why I mentioned "level cement". It is so nice to drive in and be setup in a matter of minutes, rather than spending a long time trying to get the camper level.

I know, it doesn't sound like a very rustic camping trip, but hey as we get older we do enjoy all the amenities and comforts of home. Oh, did I mention they have free ice, free Wi-Fi, and a nice swimming pool with a hot tub.

I am a bit behind in my blip comments and will be until Tuesday. We are spending a lot of time outside and I'm only blipping my pictures to keep up with that and to show my friends what we are doing while camping. Have a great weekend!
