Giant!

A day out in Birmingham with the boy for an Applicants Day at BCU. This picture was taken just after we'd registered in the rather impressive atrium of the Millennium Point building that the University shares with Birmingham Metropolitan College and the Science Museum and it turned out to be the only photo I took all day. I had to explain the nature of my activities with a security guard (a perfectly nice fellow, as it happens) and Tom was so mortified that I wasn't allowed to take the camera out of my bag again all day...
