Lead us not into Temptation...

How am I ever going to stick to healthy eating when I have to sit with Alan twice a day, as he wolfs his way through a family pack of giant choc buttons?!   I open the pack, the irresistible scent of Cadbury's chocolate wafts out and my resolve not to have a few one crumbles.

Can't hang about.  Alan and Ed have gone to pick up Alan's pal Andrew and they'll be back any minute, demanding food, drinks, more food and more food.  Then it's a quick turnaround to get them out the house by 6.30 to head to the Hydro in Glasgow to see McBusted!!!  

Then I will be able to relax for a few hours as I'm not going sensible me :-))

They'll be back home around midnight hyper but exhausted and with Andrew looking for French toast no doubt.   David's going with them and Alan's Support Worker Gill drew the short straw is going along to help.  She doesn't have a McBusted sweatshirt to wear and suggested she wear an Ample Busted sweatshirt instead!  :D
