I delayed blipping today because Hindu, our youngest, who fancies himself as a chef, and his partner Vaiva, were cooking a pre Mothers Day meal tonight for the Redhead.
Chicken in his own recipe for buffalo sauce with a side dip of blue cheese to cool the palate, accompanied by a Mediterranean salad and soft chips.
It looked great.
The proof of the pudding is in the eating and there is no better compliment to the chef than six empty plates and two empty serving dishes.
Poor Magnum didn't even get a scrap.
