Sea world

What an amazing day we had!

We arrived at sea world on time to check in for the dolphin swim.

Andre and Kanye got changed and we headed to the dolphin adventure pool.

The trainers were really friendly and lovely with Kanye.

Harper,Marley and I were able to sit poolside in the shade to watch.

They got in the water and brought 2 dolphins in. There is usually one but the 2 they brought out were brothers and liked to be together.

One was called Arby the other named tuffy. They are 25 and 35 years old. They said in the wild they live to about 40-50 but they have one who is 60 because of the treatment they give them.

They gave Kanye a frozen fish to hold which he weirdly loved and wouldn't let go of. Andre, Kanye and the trainer sat on a ledge in the water where the dolphin came right up to them.

The dolphin did different things -waving, clapping, squeaking, jumps, dancing etc.

Kanyes favourite thing was throwing the ball to the dolphin who fetched it and placed it in Kanyes hands.

They filmed it for us as well as capturing this shot. I got a lot of pics but it was from behind so I missed the better pics.

After 20 minutes they were finished. Such a perfect, beautiful, happy event to see.

After this we got some lunch and took a walk around.

Marley touched a sting ray! There's a raised pool that's full of sting rays. They come up to the wall and flap themselves for food. Apparently they're very tame- Andre absolutely refused simply saying - Steve irwin died from that creature.

We looked at polar bears playing with a drum, penguins who were very friendly- a few of them walking in a line almost posing.

Marley went on a helicopter ride with Andre which he loved.

After that we went on the monorail and took a walk through shark bay.

Harper was getting tired so I sat and put him to sleep while Andre took the boys on the littlies rides.

Afterwards i went with mar on the log ride then he bravely went on a roller coaster with Andre.

Very action packed day! But a superb one!
